Автор майстерно передає хаос думок та емоцій, з якими стикається головний герой, намагаючись знайти своє місце серед пацієнтів, які страждають від різноманітних психічних розладів. Особливо вражає персонаж шістнадцятирічної Бетані Крол, яка своїми пророцтвами про апокаліпсис змушує читача задуматися про те, що може бути більше, ніж просто нав'язливі ідеї. Книга не лише захоплює, а й змушує замислитися про складність людської природи, про те, як важливо зберігати себе в умовах хаосу. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, загальна якість тексту та глибина сюжету роблять цю книгу вартою уваги. Рекомендую всім, хто любить психологічні драми та філософські роздуми!
