Сергій Михайлович Соловйов, як видатний історик, вдало передає не лише факти, а й емоції, що супроводжували епоху Петра Великого. Читання цієї книги дозволяє заглибитися в складний та багатогранний світ, в якому жив і діяв цей великий реформатор. Хоча текст був перекладений за допомогою штучного інтелекту, що іноді призводить до незначних неточностей, загальна якість перекладу все ж вражає. Це не заважає насолоджуватися глибоким аналізом та цікавими спостереженнями автора. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто хоче краще зрозуміти історичний контекст та значення правління Петра Великого для Росії та світу.
