Через очі нормандського лицаря Танкреда Дінана ми стаємо свідками подій, які передували знаменитій операції Вільгельма Завойовника. Автор майстерно описує не лише військові дії, але й внутрішні конфлікти персонажів, їхні переживання та мотивації. Хоча текст перекладено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, що іноді призводить до незначних помилок у формулюваннях, загалом, це не заважає насолоджуватися захоплюючим сюжетом. Я рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цікавиться історією, військовими стратегіями та людськими долями в умовах війни. Це не просто роман, а справжній історичний досвід, який варто пережити!
