Russian literature in recent years has brought to new life many forgotten and repressed names; Especially many newly discovered poets belong to the Silver Age. One of these forgotten, but very bright representatives of literature at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries is Adelaide Gertsyk. The book contains her creative heritage, including a lyrical diary and philosophical reflections. In his poetry, mainly of religious and mystical content, Gertsyk moves out of modern literature towards the totalitarian 20th century. This collision is the fascinating essence of her poems. The publication is equipped with a fairly extensive reference apparatus and an appendix, which contains reviews of contemporaries about the work of the poetess.

The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program. For the most part, the translation of the text is of very high quality, but in some cases, due to the imperfection of the technology, there may be incorrect phrase translations in the text, as well as single words and expressions may not be translated.
