In Sweden there is one very old house on the coast. Where did the people who lived there before disappear to? Billy and her mother are wondering about this; they recently moved and constantly come across things from the previous owners: albums, pencils and old books. They find two small glass figurines - a boy and a girl. When no one is around, the figures move...Then someone leaves a child’s handprint on the dusty table and the message: “Get out.” Billy learns that special glass children used to live in the house. Who were they? And why would the residents of the town so want to forget their history?
