Автор майстерно переплітає драматичні моменти з дитинства Тома Вінго з його дорослим життям, змушуючи читача переживати разом з ним всі емоції, від радості до глибокого смутку. Історія про його сестру Саванну, талановиту поетесу, яка бореться зі своїми внутрішніми демонами, викликає співчуття та бажання підтримати її. Книга порушує важливі теми, такі як сімейні зв'язки, травми минулого та пошук себе. Я не можу не відзначити, як якісно передані емоції персонажів, їхні переживання та страхи, які роблять цю історію надзвичайно близькою та зрозумілою. Навіть якщо переклад не завжди ідеальний, це не заважає насолоджуватися глибиною сюжету та красою мови. Рекомендую всім, хто цінує літературу, що торкається глибоких людських переживань і стосунків!
