"BETWEEN NEPAL and TAIMYR" is a collection of prose composed of three texts - the true story "In a Hot Summer in the Swamp", the essay "Captivity and the Greatness of the Poet" and the non-fictional story "A Day under the Sign of R.B." All three texts have one common feature - a connection to the author’s hometown - Mariinsk, Kemerovo region, the city is located on the banks of the beautiful and clean Kiya River in the northern part of Kuzbass. The meridian coordinates of Mariinsk are located approximately between Nepal and Taimyr, which served as the basis for the title of the book.
The text of the book was translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence program. For the most part, the translation of the text is of very high quality, but in some cases, due to the imperfection of the technology, there may be incorrect phrase translations in the text, as well as single words and expressions may not be translated.
