Книга "Перерване мовчання" справила на мене глибоке враження. Ерік Стоун, головний герой, постає перед читачем не лише як вбивця, а як жертва обставин, які призвели до його жорстокого вчинку. Автор майстерно розкриває складність дитячої психіки та причини, які можуть штовхнути дитину на крайнощі. Ця книга змушує замислитися про домашнє насильство, яке часто залишається непоміченим, і про дітей, які страждають у тіні. Вона піднімає важливі питання про відповідальність дорослих за життя та емоційний стан дітей. Текст, хоча й перекладений за допомогою штучного інтелекту, в цілому читається легко, хоч і є кілька моментів, де переклад міг би бути точнішим. Проте, це не зменшує цінності самої історії. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто готовий зануритися в глибини людської душі та зрозуміти, що за кожним жорстоким вчинком ховається своя трагедія.
