As practice shows, the life and health of personnel are one of the priorities of the enterprise. Diagnostics of equipment performance, accident insurance and measures to prevent injuries and occupational diseases are issues that not only the employer, but also the employee needs to know. In this publication the main legislative acts and regulatory documents regulating the field of labor protection in transport are presented, as well as an overview commentary on them. The publication also presents Inter-industry rules on labor protection during the operation of industrial transport. In addition, safety requirements for the operation of vehicles, materials (substances), fuel refueling points, and sanitary and hygienic requirements for the driver’s workplace are given.
