Ця книга стала для мене справжнім відкриттям! Вісімнадцятирічна художниця Олеся, яка вирушає в сільську глушину, щоб виконати обов'язок перед родичем, виявляється не лише героїнею, а й символом пошуку свого місця в світі. Автор майстерно створює атмосферу загадковості, де два схожі будинки стають не лише декорацією, а й важливими персонажами, які приховують сімейні таємниці. Я була вражена глибиною емоцій, які переживає Олеся, та тим, як її стосунки з дивним чоловіком розвиваються на фоні цих таємниць. Хоча переклад книги місцями має недоліки, це не заважає насолоджуватися чудовим сюжетом і проникливими описами. Рекомендую всім, хто любить літературу, що торкається глибоких тем і емоцій!
