Книга "Какао-змова" вразила мене своєю оригінальністю та нестандартним підходом до жанру детективу. Сюжет, що обертається навколо рідкісного подарунка леді Аріанни та таємничих документів, які можуть вказати на зрадника, тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Автор вдало поєднує елементи історії, ботаніки та кулінарії, що робить читання не лише захоплюючим, але й пізнавальним. Я особливо ціную, як у книзі розкривається роль шоколаду в суспільстві того часу, що додає глибини сюжету. Хоча переклад тексту іноді має незначні недоліки, це не заважає насолоджуватися історією. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить детективи з елементами історії та кулінарії!
