In the second volume of Kuzmin’s three-volume collection of prose and essays, his works of the 1910s are published: the novels “Floating-Travelers” and “The Quiet Guardian”, the story “The Dead Woman in the House” and the cycles “Fairy Tales” and “War Stories”, in Russia after the death of the author were not republished. Другий том прози Кузміна - це справжня знахідка для тих, хто цікавиться російською літературою початку XX століття. У цьому томі зібрані його найкращі роботи 1910-х років, які вражають своєю глибиною, емоційністю та оригінальністю. Романи «Плаваючі-подорожуючі» та «Тихий страж» демонструють майстерність автора в створенні складних персонажів і захоплюючих сюжетів. Повість «Небіжка в будинку» та цикли «Казки» і «Військові оповідання» додають різноманітності та дозволяють читачеві поринути в різні світи, які Кузмін створив своїм талантом. Хоча частина творів відсутня, а переклад тексту не завжди ідеальний, це не зменшує цінності книги. Я рекомендую цей том усім, хто хоче зануритися в атмосферу епохи та насолодитися якісною прозою. Це справжня перлина для бібліотеки кожного любителя літератури!
