Історія Катерини Валуа, дочки божевільного короля Франції, розкриває складність її життя на фоні громадянської війни та політичних інтриг. Автор майстерно передає атмосферу того часу, а також внутрішні переживання героїні, яка змушена боротися за своє щастя в умовах, що здаються безнадійними. Її таємний шлюб з валлійським зброєносцем Оуеном Тюдором наповнений пристрастю та тривогою, що робить цю історію ще більш захопливою. Хоча текст перекладено з використанням штучного інтелекту, я вважаю, що це не заважає насолоджуватися сюжетом. Книга залишила в мені глибокі враження, і я рекомендую її всім, хто любить історичні романи з елементами романтики та драми!
