There is panic in the capital of the Duchy of Freiveling. A mysterious killer hunts women and leads the guards by the nose, leaving no traces or evidence. Good townspeople are shaking with fear in their homes and scolding the authorities. And those have other problems: the Ducal Council is trying to make a decision on Freyveling’s entry into the Confederation, but to no avail. The next meeting is disrupted due to a rebellion raised by one of the provincial nobles. More precisely, not even a rebellion, but a bravatta, an ancient noble custom that literally means “the right to revolt.” The northerners are preparing for war with Freiveling, strange ambassadors are coming from the East, spies are talking about ancient magic... And in all this, as always, against their will the owner of the Old Horse osteria, Merino Lik, nicknamed the Righteous, is involved. Who only wanted to publish a cookbook.

Захоплююча історія з елементами детективу та фентезі!
Книга "Браватта" вразила мене своєю непередбачуваністю та глибоким сюжетом. Автор вдало поєднав елементи трилера з історичними аспектами, створюючи напружену атмосферу, в якій читач відчуває страх і тривогу городян Фрейвелінга. Загадковий вбивця, що полює на жінок, ставить під загрозу не лише життя персонажів, але й стабільність всього герцогства. Чудово прописані персонажі, зокрема Меріно Лік, додають глибини та емоційності до сюжету. Я також оцінив ідею про стародавній звичай бравати, що надає історії особливого колориту. Хоча в тексті іноді трапляються недоліки перекладу, це не заважає насолоджуватися захоплюючою історією. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить детективи з елементами фентезі та історії!
