I don’t know where the invented plot ends and life begins. This question is painful for me. I will never be able to answer it, but I am constantly looking for an answer. Perhaps both are equally real, it’s just that some people live inside other people’s imposed plots, while others invent their own. The stories "Saluki" and "Theory of Probability" were written based on materials from criminal cases. Character names have been changed. Their actions are real. Of course, I invented their feelings, experiences, details of their personal lives. The documentary-adventure story "Point of No Return" is a travelogue. When I wrote the trilogy "The Source of Happiness", I had to plunge into the mysterious world of historical falsifications. An attempt to distinguish myths from reality turned into a fantastic journey through time. All documents contained in it are genuine. I didn't come up with anything here. I simply changed my perspective on well-known events and facts. The collection also includes stories, essays and poems from different years. They are all about me, about my life. However, I can’t vouch for the authenticity, since I don’t know where the invented plot ends and life begins.
