Mikhail Plyatskovsky is better known in our country as a songwriter. However, in addition to this, he was a children's writer and composed fairy tales about animals. In his short fairy tales, animals and birds, bugs and boogers have their own characters: some of them are stubborn, others are friendly and kind. Listening to fairy tales, kids identify themselves with their favorite characters and learn to behave from their example. Our collection “Favorite Tales of Kids” presents the most famous fairy tales by M. Plyatskovsky from the cycles “Daisies in January” and “Sun for Memory” with illustrations by A. Savchenko.
