«Колискова» Чака Паланіка - це справжня подорож у темряву людської природи, яка змушує задуматися про найглибші страхи та переживання. Автор знову вражає своїм унікальним стилем, який поєднує в собі жорстокість, іронію та глибокий психологізм. Тема синдрому раптової смерті немовлят, яка пронизує всю книгу, є не лише шокуючою, але й надзвичайно актуальною, адже вона ставить під сумнів наше сприйняття життя і смерті. Паланік майстерно грає з емоціями читача, змушуючи його відчувати страх, тривогу та співчуття. Кожна сторінка наповнена глибокими роздумами про людське існування, і, хоча деякі моменти можуть бути важкими для сприйняття, це робить книгу ще більш цінною. Переклад, хоч і має деякі недоліки, не заважає насолоджуватися цим шедевром. Рекомендую всім, хто готовий до інтелектуального виклику та не боїться заглянути у темряву
