The first client of a newly opened PR agency sets a seemingly trivial task for aspiring detective Venya Vorobyov: to get dirt on a woman who has become a candidate for mayor of the city. Alas, her reputation is impeccable - primarily because no one knows anything about her past! Where did she come from in their city and how did she manage to fly so high? The investigation is complicated by a car accident that never happened, a body that vanished without a trace, namesakes with dubious pasts, and the kidnapping of a pop star.
