They are distinguished by their own characteristics: a certain cyclicity, repetition of events over time, isolation. What kind of eternity did Borges see? It is impossible to answer this question in a few words. But after reading the “stories” included in this collection, everyone is able to come closer to understanding the writer’s worldview and... touch eternity... A later edition of 1953 contains three additional articles.
