Автор майстерно передає атмосферу епохи, описуючи не лише соціальні нерівності, але й внутрішні переживання персонажів. Тея, яка спочатку є безпорадною рабинею, поступово перетворюється на сильну особистість, здатну впливати на життя інших, навіть імператора. Хоча переклад іноді має незначні недоліки, це не заважає насолоджуватися сюжетом і глибокими темами, такими як кохання, зрада та боротьба за свободу. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить історичні романи з сильними персонажами та захоплюючими сюжетами!
