This publication publishes the correspondence of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR to Stalin with US President F. Roosevelt, US President H. Truman, with British Prime Minister W. Churchill and British Prime Minister C. Attlee during the Great Patriotic War and in the first months after the victory - until the end of 1945. Outside the Soviet Union, tendentiously selected parts of the above-mentioned correspondence were published at various times, as a result of which the position of the USSR during the war was portrayed in a distorted form. The purpose of this publication is to contribute to the establishment of historical truth.
