After the successful First Crusade and the creation of the Christian Kingdom of Jerusalem, a stream of pilgrims poured into the Holy Land, eager to venerate Christian shrines. This is how the Order of the Templars arose - the army of Christ, this monastic community united monks and warriors. Книга "Тамплієри. Історія ордена лицарів-храмовників" є справжнім відкриттям для всіх, хто цікавиться історією середньовіччя та релігійними конфліктами. Автор вдало передає атмосферу епохи, описуючи не лише подвиги лицарів, але й їхнє служіння Богу та захист паломників на Святій Землі. Читач отримує можливість зануритися в світ, де благородство та відвага поєднуються з небезпекою та релігійними суперечностями. Хоча текст перекладено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, що призвело до деяких незначних неточностей, загалом книга читається легко і цікаво. Я б рекомендував цю книгу всім, хто хоче дізнатися більше про лицарів-храмовників та їхню роль у формуванні історії християнства. Це не лише історичний нарис, а й захоплююча розповідь про відвагу, віру та самопожертву
