Since the publication of the second edition of the White Book, the situation with respect, or more precisely, with ignoring human rights and the principle of the rule of law in Ukraine has significantly worsened. The chronological period considered in the Book (July - November 2014) is characterized by gross, massive and deliberate violations of international humanitarian law, human rights and the rule of law by Ukrainian security forces and armed groups of national radicals.
