Джо Голдеман, лауреат премій Г’юго та «Неб’юла», зумів створити твір, який не лише розважає, але й провокує серйозні роздуми. Книга порушує важливі питання гендерної рівності та стереотипів, які існують у суспільстві. Незважаючи на те, що роман не є прямим продовженням "Вічної війни", він вдало розглядає теми, які залишаються актуальними і сьогодні. Хоча переклад тексту може містити деякі недоліки, загальна якість викладу і змісту компенсує це. Рекомендую всім, хто цінує якісну наукову фантастику та глибокі філософські роздуми!
