In order to raise funds to restore her family home, Jessica Crosslin decides to build an expensive residential complex around the house. Jessica's attorney banker recommends her the talented architect Carter Malloy. Having learned that he is the same guy who caused her so much trouble in childhood and adolescence , the young woman is horrified, but the banker still convinced her to meet with Carter. To her surprise, she discovers that the “nasty guy” has turned into a handsome, well-built, elegant and well-mannered man, who, it turns out, is also not indifferent to the future of the estate, and perhaps Jessica herself.
