The climate on the planet has changed a lot. Rainfalls and floods give way to terrible drought, but humanity still does not want to think about the future. To counteract general indifference, four teenagers from the Vogelbu Art School organize a secret society, the Green Circle. And then one day, in the midst of another downpour, Judith, Dina, David and Gabriel disappear without a trace: they are carried away by the stream along with the school veranda. The veranda washes ashore, and the teenagers find themselves in an unfamiliar place where there is not a soul. Just a house and a family sitting at the table, the word frozen in time. However, it soon becomes clear: the children are definitely not alone here... Will the Green Circle society manage to stay alive and find their way home? This book is an attempt to reconstruct what happened to the children, based on Judith's diary and recordings made on a school video camera.

Сюжет захоплює з перших сторінок, а елементи містики та пригоди роблять його ще більш інтригуючим. Якість перекладу, хоча й має деякі недоліки, не заважає загальному сприйняттю тексту. Книга спонукає до роздумів і залишає після себе глибокий слід, тому рекомендую її всім, хто цікавиться екологічними питаннями та шукає натхнення в боротьбі за збереження нашої планети.
