It's an enveloping fact-based fantasy, a genre-crossing time trip to the Ice Age.

"Кам'яні притулки" - це захоплююча подорож у часі, яка переносить читача в епоху плейстоцену, де кожна сторінка наповнена деталями, що оживляють світ наших предків. Жан Ауель майстерно поєднує наукові факти з емоційними переживаннями героїв, що робить цю книгу не лише історичною, а й глибоко людяною. Айла, як завжди, вражає своєю силою духу та винахідливістю, адже вона не лише бореться за своє місце в новому племені, але й намагається знайти баланс між двома світами - кланом неандертальців та зеландоніями. Конфлікти, які виникають між персонажами, додають напруги та динаміки сюжету, а романтичні лінії створюють атмосферу тепла і ніжності. Хоча деякі моменти можуть здатися повільними, це дозволяє читачеві глибше зануритися в атмосферу епохи та зрозуміти складність соціальних взаємин. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, які не псують загального враження, ця книга залишається шедевром, який варто прочитати кожному, хто цінує якісну літературу. Я б рекомендував "Кам'яні притулки" всім, хто любить історію, пригоди та глибокі людські емоції!
