The best hockey players under the age of twenty are included in the Russian Youth Hockey Team, or “Molodezhka”. They represent Russia at the annual World Championship, as well as in a series of matches against national teams of the Canadian Hockey League. This is the first step into the world of big international sports. The “Bears” team lost match after match to their opponents. The guys accepted defeat and did not expect success. But one day everything changed... Sergei Makeev, a former NHL star, became the new coach of the Bears. He will have to not only lead his players to victory in the regional championship, but also turn the guys into real pros, in no way inferior to the strongest players in world hockey. But this is not at all easy, because the guys have other interests - study, friends and, of course, girls, because how can you go on the ice if you only have dates in your head? Will the Bears be able to become real stars and enter the Molodezhka team or are they doomed to failure?
