Therapeutic physical culture, or, more simply, exercise therapy, is a large complex designed for the treatment and prevention of a number of diseases of the human body. The book, in an accessible and understandable form, shows modern approaches to exercise therapy and describes various methods of its application. The authors consistently present the main exercises, tests, complexes, describe them and comment on the results achieved during their application. Some aspects are covered in more detail, others are provided for informational purposes only, as they require special training and knowledge.
