In the life of independent Scottish journalist and television writer Benjamin Matson, the tragic event of September 11, 2001 left an open wound - his fiancee was flying in one of the planes that crashed into the Twin Towers. Years have passed, Matson is happily married and doing a job he loves, but that long-standing nightmare still does not let him go, and Matson begins his own investigation, every now and then coming across contradictory facts and blatant manipulation of public opinion. A scientific interview with a Russian mathematician working for a private company and a strange discovery in Delaware Bay only add fuel to his anger.
