Harbin, 1944. The Japanese military reigns supreme in the city, and recently the mysterious Unit 731 has been operating on the streets, as a result of whose regular raids local residents disappear without a trace. One fine day, Nikolai Galitsky, a well-known doctor among emigrants, a former White Guard who arrived in Harbin during the Civil War, falls into the hands of the detachment’s fighters. They take him to a secret laboratory and try to force him to conduct several monstrous medical experiments on living people. Galitsky understands that he cannot refuse work - they will kill him. But he is not going to become an executioner either. The doctor comes to the conclusion that the only acceptable way out of this situation is to escape from the Japanese death factory...
