Unfortunately, Darwin's evolutionary theory, based on the principle of natural selection, cannot explain the emergence of intelligent creatures today. In search of fellow humans, astrophysicists listen and scan the cosmic distances. But our mysterious brothers in intelligence are here on Earth—animals and plants, fungi and bacteria. Scientists study them from the standpoint of a “higher mind,” but the Divine Environment of our planet has a higher mind, and all living beings, including us, are only its more or less irrational children. It’s time to think about complex natural processes, trying to comprehend their meaning. It’s time to comprehend without prejudice what we call the progress of civilization, realizing that it is inseparable from regression.
