The first section of the book describes in detail the characteristics of adolescence, the main risk points, and developmental tasks; the second section provides general ideas about trainings, recommendations for their preparation and implementation, selection of exercises and measurement of the effectiveness of training. The basics of working with a group and difficult situations that inevitably accompany the work of a trainer are also discussed here. The third part of the book is a set of exercises divided into modules by topic - the so-called “suitcase” of a trainer, which can be used comprehensively, in blocks and individually, without adding no changes, extracting individual modules from them or considering them as models for your own ideas.
