Anton, a simple worker, is fired from his job, and in order to somehow feed his family, he goes to the taiga in search of ginseng root - a very popular drug, the price of which on the black market is downright astronomical. Anton’s plans are to collect more root and return home safely. But everything turns out to be not so simple. Taiga greets Anton friendly, lures him into his arms and lulls his vigilance, and then suddenly attacks him with a wild beast. Anton becomes a witness and then a participant in terrible and bloody events. And to stay alive, he will have to try hard...
