Created back in Soviet times, a secret laboratory is developing programs for violent intervention in the activity of the human brain with the goal of subsequent complete control over human actions. With the collapse of the Soviet Union, the owners of the laboratory changed. The top ranks of the FSB, on the one hand, and the top of the shadow economy, on the other, are interested in this terrible weapon of psychological influence. The main character of the novel, who by force of circumstances became the owner of a floppy disk with the program, finds himself in the epicenter of a monstrous struggle.
