The third, revised and expanded edition of the book is a modern textbook on one of the most relevant disciplines in the university educational process - conflictology. Книга пропонує глибоке занурення в теорію конфлікту, психологію та соціологію, що робить її незамінним ресурсом для студентів і викладачів. Я особливо ціную структуру посібника: чітко викладені теми, практичні завдання та методичні рекомендації, які допомагають краще зрозуміти матеріал. Додаток з методиками соціально-психологічної діагностики є безцінним інструментом для практичних психологів. Хоча переклад тексту в деяких місцях може бути не зовсім досконалим, загальна якість матеріалу та його практична цінність перекривають ці недоліки. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цікавиться конфліктологією та прагне поглибити свої знання в цій важливій галузі.
