There are not many political figures in history whose names the whole world knows. Literally. Vladimir Ilyich Ulyanov, who took the pseudonym Lenin, is one of them. A man with a difficult revolutionary biography, which began with the death of his older brother, who was hanged for preparing an assassination attempt on the Tsar and ended with dementia, he realized his dream. And it was simple: to build a socialist state in Russia, the first in the world. This construction turned into a Civil War, millions of victims, to which he, obsessed with his idea, did not pay attention. But he outlived his state, remaining there as an abandoned monument in every city and almost every village.
