“Petersburg Tales” are stories about Leningrad-Petersburg in the late 1980s–2000s. The heroes of the stories are people of different generations and social strata. From an old pensioner, a former doctor, living out her days on Vasilyevsky Island, to a peteushnik of the late USSR, from the chief director of a drama theater to a bankrupt businessman who started with a farce near Gostiny Dvor.
