Книга "Милість Келсона" є захоплюючим продовженням серії, яке занурює читача в складний світ політичних інтриг та особистих доль героїв. Автор майстерно описує боротьбу за Меарську Корону, де кожен персонаж має свої мотиви та цілі. В особливості вражає розвиток принца Нігеля, який, залишившись наодинці з величезними викликами, вчиться використовувати силу, яку залишив йому Келсон. Взаємини між персонажами, зокрема між матір'ю короля Джеханною та її минулим, додають глибини та емоційності до сюжету. Хоча текст перекладено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, і в ньому можуть бути деякі недоліки, це не зменшує загального враження від книги.
