"Big Soviet Encyclopedia" (commonly used abbreviated name - ZG) is a huge scientific and educational publication that has become one of the most authoritative encyclopedias in the Soviet space. Published in 65 volumes between 1926 and 1947, the encyclopedia contains complete and detailed articles on the most important aspects of history, science, culture, technology, geography and other fields of knowledge.
