Книга "Держава у державі" занурює читача в світ, де панують страх і недовіра, а ціна життя стає невизначеною. Автор майстерно створює атмосферу напруженості, де загін Ведмедя намагається підтримувати порядок в хаотичному Королівстві, і в той же час стикається з інформаційною війною, яка загрожує їхньому існуванню. Сюжет насичений несподіваними поворотами, а персонажі, такі як майор та покалічена гімнастка, викликають співчуття і зацікавленість. Особливо вразила тема боротьби за ресурси, що є актуальною і в нашому світі. Хоча текст перекладено з допомогою штучного інтелекту, загалом він читається легко, і навіть з незначними недоліками, книга залишає сильне враження.
