The major-general of ваффен СС Курт Мейер describes battles in that participated in the Second world war-time. He gave orders to the motor cycle company, reconnaissance battalion, grenadier regiment and tank division of СС "Гитлерюгенд". Battle subdivisions of the Reserved Meyer, as he was nicknamed in troops, were the participants of hot fights in Europe: intruding to Poland in 1939 and France in 1940, occupations of Balkans and Greece, cruel battles on East front and campaign 1944 in Normandy, where a division was almost destroyed. Meyer was taken prisoner to the allied coalition and went on a military trial.
