A novel by Russian writer and historian Sergei Karpuschenko in the genre of alternative history. In 1823, the Decembrists Muravyov-Apostol and Bestuzhev-Ryumin with their comrades-in-arms were going to capture Emperor Alexander I, who had come to the review, and then march with the rebellious army to St. Petersburg. The conspiracy did not take place, but the author decided to imagine what would have happened if the conspirator Norov, who was supposed to capture the king while on guard, had released him.

Роман "Коронований мандрівник" Сергія Карпущенка відкриває перед читачем захоплюючий світ альтернативної історії, де автор сміливо грає з подіями минулого. Ідея про те, що змова декабристів могла б закінчитися зовсім інакше, ніж в реальності, викликає інтерес і спонукає до роздумів про те, як маленька деталь може змінити хід історії. Стиль написання автора вражає своєю глибиною та емоційністю, а персонажі, зокрема Муравйов-Апостол і Бестужев-Рюмін, прописані настільки живо, що їхні переживання стають близькими та зрозумілими. Хоча переклад тексту має деякі недоліки, це не заважає насолоджуватися історією. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цікавиться історією та альтернативними сценаріями розвитку подій, адже вона дійсно здатна захопити і залишити по собі глибокі враження!
