Книга "Маленький детектив" вражає своєю атмосферою та інтригуючим сюжетом, який переносить читача у 1927 рік, до світу археологічних відкриттів і таємниць. Автор Юлія Андрєєва майстерно поєднує історичні факти з вигаданими подіями, створюючи напружену атмосферу, де кожен персонаж може бути як другом, так і ворогом. Особливо сподобалася динаміка між Вільямом Пітрі та його племінницею Люсі, яка додає емоційної глибини та робить сюжет ще більш захоплюючим. Читач відчуває, як з кожною сторінкою розгадуються нові загадки, а напруга зростає. Важливо зазначити, що переклад, хоча й здійснений за допомогою штучного інтелекту, в цілому якісний, але деякі моменти могли б бути краще відредаговані.
