Those who listened carefully to Vysotsky’s songs could not help but notice one of their features: the author is interested in literally everything that happens around him, he does not look for plots and characters, much less “select” them, following some special principle . He is interested in people of all professions, a variety of characters, types, ages, different human connections, different “scenes of action.” And it is not surprising that one day he wrote a cheerful, witty poem about schoolchildren and the funny adventures of two friends. He gave one of them the name of his friend - Ivan Dykhovichny, who was then an artist at the Taganka Theater, and today is a famous film director. Likewise, in his songs, Vysotsky sometimes called his heroes some famous names - for the sake of a smile, which he loved very much in people. Those who knew Vysotsky closely remember how respectfully he treated children and teenagers - he talked to them as to adults, did not lecture anyone , and on the photographs that he was asked to sign, he often wrote: “Be smart and kind.” He really wanted one thing - for people to be smart and kind. His humorous poem is also illuminated by intelligence and kindness.
