The events of the sixth book in the “Emerald City” series take place in the Yellow Country. The alchemist Parzelius strives to become the king of this land, but he lacks the magical power to fulfill the promises he generously made to his subjects. The Lord of Darkness Pakir is ready to endow the alchemist with magical powers, and in return Parcelius must create the mysterious Black Flame for the sorcerer. But this task turns out to be impossible even for the magic of Evil. Then the alchemist, at the head of his own army, goes to the dark caves of the Underground Country. It is there that the Star Dragon guards the unquenchable Black Flame.
