Of course, it uses some original materials both from the author’s own practice, a former Russian investigator and lawyer, and from the practice of other Russian lawyers. However, the events, settings and characters are certainly fictitious. Coincidences of names and titles with the names and names of real-life persons and places can only be accidental. Under unclear circumstances, a helicopter crashes, in which the famous Siberian governor and more than a dozen passengers on board die. The investigation has only the testimony of the surviving pilots and some passengers. The conclusion is clear - pilot mistakes.
