The collection includes three novels of the detective genre. “Private Investigation” by the Hungarian writer Gyorgy Sit, who gained fame among Hungarian readers with his detective works, “The Last of the Six” is the most famous novel by the recognized master of the genre, the Belgian writer Stanislas-Andre Steeman, awarded the “Grand Prix” for an adventure novel in 1931 , and the novel by the popular French writer Maurice Perisset, “Rendezvous at the Carousel,” which received the award for best detective story in 1983.
