But the surgeon cannot relax - on the very first night in the land of the rising sun, an attempt is made on Alexander’s life. Having extracted a confession from the unsuccessful killers, Aibolit understands: he was mistaken for another, a professional Russian killer who came to Japan “to work.” Having decided to leave the sauna with geishas and sake for later, Alexander gets involved in other people's squabbles.
