This work shows the existence in nature of elementary carriers with a value of Planck's constant - a kind of atoms of radiation energy. Recognition of their reality makes it possible to clarify the physical picture of the world and the cause of corpuscular-wave light, dispersion, spontaneous emission, phantom quarks, and the red shift of the spectrum of galaxies. The energy-atomic structure of radiation and space determines the essence of photons and the mechanism of particle formation, allows us to informally eliminate divergences in quantum field theory, and create the energy of radiation from the Cosmos.
